Voice receptionist — available November 2026

An AI receptionist on your business line that answers in the caller's language, books meetings into your calendar, and leaves the follow-up in your Drafts. An add-on to either plan, 500 minutes a month included. Not yet available: write to us to be told the day it opens.

— Every client starts with the 14-Day Proof: first briefing the next morning, fourteen days fully managed, and on day 14 you decide. It is paid, not a free trial.
— No reply to a business email is ever sent without you. Every draft waits in Gmail until you decide.
— Your data is never sold and never used to train AI models under our control. It is shared only with the sub-processors that run the service, listed in our privacy policy.

Common questions.

What does setup actually involve?

After checkout you receive a two-minute form: company, language, time zone, the number for your morning text, your VIP contacts, a short sample of your writing, and the hours you want protected for focused work. Then the pre-filled service agreement arrives for signature, and you connect your Gmail with one Google authorization. KRONEX is live within minutes of that authorization, and your first briefing arrives at 6:50 AM Eastern the next morning. Executive clients also get a setup call, scheduled by us.

Will KRONEX ever send an email without my approval?

No reply to a business email is ever sent without you. Every drafted reply lands in your Gmail drafts for your approval. KRONEX does send on your behalf in two narrow, agreed places: calendar responses (accepting, declining, proposing times) and your own briefings and alerts. Nothing else leaves your account unreviewed. This is written into the service agreement.

What languages does KRONEX work in?

Thirteen: English, French, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil), Italian, German, Indonesian, Arabic, Chinese (Simplified), Korean, Japanese, Hindi and Bengali — the languages our AI provider documents at 95% or better of its English performance. English and French run in production today, including Quebec French; the other eleven are calibrated with you in your first week. Language detection is automatic: a reply is drafted in the language the email was written in, and your briefings arrive in the language you choose at onboarding. Audio briefings are produced by ElevenLabs, whose current model covers all thirteen.

What happens if a payment fails?

Stripe retries the card automatically. If it still fails after a 72-hour grace period, the service pauses: no drafts, no briefings, no calendar replies. The moment a payment succeeds, everything resumes on its own.

Is my email data safe?

KRONEX accesses your Gmail and Calendar through Google's OAuth 2.0, and the KRONEX app has passed Google's verification for restricted Gmail access, including the independent security assessment Google requires. Your emails stay in your Google account; KRONEX keeps records of what it did — subjects, summaries, commitments, meeting notes — not a copy of your mailbox. Data is processed by the sub-processors listed in the privacy policy and by nobody else. It is never sold and never used to train AI models under our control. You can revoke KRONEX's access at any time from your Google account.

How do I cancel?

By email, with 30 days' notice. You keep full access to the end of the period you have paid for, and no further payment is taken. There are no refunds on any plan; annual billing is paid up front and is non-refundable. Thirty days after the service ends, your data is permanently deleted and you receive a confirmation.

How does annual billing work?

Twelve months for the price of ten, paid up front: Solo $15,000, Executive $30,000, in USD plus applicable taxes. Write to us and we send the annual invoice.

What is the 14-Day Proof?

Every client starts the same way. You connect your Gmail, your first briefing arrives at 6:50 AM Eastern the next morning, and for fourteen days KRONEX runs fully managed on your real inbox. On day 14 you decide whether it stays. It is paid, not a free trial, and there is no refund: you see it work on your own email instead of a demo.

Do I need Fathom for meeting intelligence?

Fathom records and transcribes your video calls, and its free plan includes what KRONEX needs. At onboarding we send the one-line setup: invite the Fathom notetaker to a meeting and KRONEX receives the transcript when the call ends. If a call wasn't recorded, email your notes to the private address we give you and KRONEX processes those instead.

What does support look like?

Your assistant runs 24/7. Support is by email, Monday to Friday — write to Patrick and you'll hear back within one business day. If something needs a conversation, he'll call you. Problems with the system itself are monitored automatically around the clock, and you'll usually hear from us before you notice.

Are taxes included?

No. Prices are in US dollars, plus applicable taxes. Canadian clients are charged GST and QST on each invoice; elsewhere, tax is added only where the law requires it.
