KRONEX runs seven AI agents inside your Gmail and Google Calendar, around the clock, in thirteen languages. Replies drafted in your voice. Commitments tracked. Meetings summarized. A briefing every morning. You review, you approve, you send.
Connect your Gmail and the first drafts appear within the hour. Your first briefing arrives the next morning. Then it runs every day, including the ones you take off.
The Reality
But you are. Every day. Drafting replies, chasing promises, answering meeting requests, following up on invoices, writing meeting recaps — work that has nothing to do with why you're valuable.
Software at $99 a month makes you the manager of your assistant. KRONEX is a service that manages it for you — the same reason you have an accountant and not just accounting software.
Drafted.
Every reply, in your voice, waiting in your Drafts before you open the inbox
Tracked.
Every promise made to you, followed up until it is kept or closed
Briefed.
Every morning, one email with what came in, what's on today and what's still open
The System
Each agent owns one job. Together they do the inbox, the calendar, the follow-ups and the briefings — the hours of the work, not the judgment. The judgment stays with you.
AGENT 01
Every fifteen minutes, KRONEX reads what arrived, drafts a reply in your voice and in the sender's language, and leaves it in your Drafts. Newsletters are filtered out. Promises people make to you are logged. Opportunities are noted. High-risk emails — legal, medical, government, media, investors, a crisis — are never drafted: they are held and you are alerted at once.
AGENT 02
Meeting requests are answered for you, in the language they were written in: accepted and put in your calendar when the slot is free, declined with a request for another time when it isn't or when it falls in your focus hours. If a request names a time zone it cannot read with certainty, it asks instead of guessing. Before each meeting, a short brief lands in your inbox: who you're meeting, what you last said to them, what's still open.
AGENT 03
Every morning at 6:50 AM Eastern, one email: what came in since yesterday, today's meetings, every commitment still open — as text, and as a short audio version in your language you can play on the way in. Every Sunday, a report on the week.
AGENT 04
When someone promises you something — a quote by Friday, the contract next week — KRONEX logs it, waits, and drafts the follow-up in their language when the date passes. Invoices you send are tracked the same way. Each morning at 7:30 AM Eastern, a text message tells you what is waiting for you.
AGENT 05
Record a call with Fathom and KRONEX turns the transcript into a summary, a follow-up draft, and a tracked commitment for every action item. No recording? Email your notes to a private address and it does the same thing with those.
AGENT 06
Every agent writes a heartbeat. A monitor checks the fleet every morning and alerts our operator if anything has gone quiet, and a daily failsafe reconciles billing against access. If a payment fails, the service pauses after a 72-hour grace period and resumes automatically when the payment clears. When you leave, your data is deleted 30 days after the end of service and you receive a confirmation.
AGENT 07
Every contact in your inbox is scored daily on how the relationship is going. When a VIP has gone quiet for three weeks, a check-in draft is waiting in your Drafts before you've noticed. Every Monday, a brief names who needs your attention this week.
Languages
KRONEX drafts, replies and briefs in the thirteen languages its AI provider documents at 95% or better of its English performance. Audio briefings are produced by ElevenLabs, whose current model covers all thirteen.
English and French run in production today, including Quebec French. The other eleven are documented by the provider and calibrated with you in your first week: if a draft doesn't sound right, reply with your preferred wording and KRONEX learns your voice. Emails that arrive in other languages are still read and summarized for you.
